Maori Land Development Notice


WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the lands referred to in those notices were declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain of those lands have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas some of those lands have since been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is considered necessary that the balance of such lands (under their present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to the provisions of section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 35.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Second Schedule.

Maori Land Development Notice


WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1969, No. 13.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 25 June 1969, revoked the under-mentioned standard specifications:
