Land Taken for Road in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District,
Ellesmere County
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of
July 1969.
SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 0.4 perches situated
in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being
part Rural Section 5787; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23393 (S.O. 10967)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
18th day of July 1969.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Christchurch
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the
Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for street, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christ-
church as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 28th day of July 1969.

All those pieces of land situated in the City of Christchurch,
Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

0 0 21 Part Reserve 4657; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 24.7 Part Reserve 4657; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 22684 (S.O. 10940) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
30th day of June 1969.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Masterton
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th
day of July 1969.
