of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a post office site

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Palmerston North City
Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve
for a site for an aerodrome; and, further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston
North, in trust, for that purpose, subject to the terms of an
agreement dated 23 June 1958, a supplementary agreement of 8
April 1960, and a supplementary agreement of 9 July 1963
between Her Majesty the Queen and the Palmerston North City
Council, copies of which are deposited in the Head Office of
the Lands and Survey Department at Wellington, as Wellington
Deed No. 1766.
