PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto;
also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29;
and also hereby allocates the land described in the Fourth
Schedule hereto to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said
section 29.

in The South Otago Freezing Company Limited, a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at Balclutha,
