Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Christchurch Technical Institute Board to Control and Manage

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a hostel; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, appoints the Christchurch Technical Institute Board to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a hostel.

The Mangere East Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969

PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Mangere East Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969.

2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to be called the Mangere East Licensing Trust.

3. (1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, the 30th day of August 1969.

(2) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Albert Norman Barrowcliffe, Returning Officer for the City of Manukau.

4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area defined in the Schedule below.

5. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, shall be the whole of the area defined in the Schedule below.
