Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Christchurch Technical Institute Board to Control and Manage


PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a hostel; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, appoints the Christchurch Technical Institute Board to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a hostel.

Revocation of Appointment of the Hihitahi Public Hall Board and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve


PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Hihitahi Public Hall Board, as published in Gazette, 1 March 1962, No. 14, p. 358, and revokes the reservation as a site for a public hall over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

The Mangere East Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969


PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Mangere East Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969.

  2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to be called the Mangere East Licensing Trust.

  3. (1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, the 30th day of August 1969.

(2) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Albert Norman Barrowcliffe, Returning Officer for the City of Manukau.

  1. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area defined in the Schedule below.

  2. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, shall be the whole of the area defined in the Schedule below.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, in the City of Manukau, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Lot 117, D.P. 15404, in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, and proceeding westerly generally along the southern boundaries of Lots 343, 342, 339, 338, and 396, D.P. 47668, to and along the right bank of the stream forming the southern boundary of Lots 396, 384 (road reserve), and 395 of the said D.P. 47668, Lots 394 and 393 (esplanade reserve), D.P. 47667, to and northerly generally along the right bank of the Harania Creek, being the line of mean high-water, spring tide, to and easterly along the left bank of the stream forming the northern boundary of Lot 164 (esplanade reserve), D.P. 47191, Lots 388 (esplanade reserve) and 400, D.P. 47008,
