IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of Waikato Premix Concrete Ltd. (members' voluntary winding up), notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that, by entry in the company's minute book, made in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, the company did resolve, by way of special resolution, that, as the company is no longer carrying on business, it be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr Bruce Michael Jamieson, accountant, of Auckland, be, and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

The liquidator does hereby fix the 21st day of February 1969 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955 or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland Regional Authority, pursuant to the powers vested in it by section 34c of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 and of every or any other power it thereunto enabling, requires to take the fee simple estate and interest in each of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, for the purposes of a certain public work, namely, a regional road within the meaning and for the purposes of the said Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963.
