WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road. A plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Council, Springs Flat, Kamo, and may there be inspected, without fee, during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of such lands and objecting to the proposal, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, shall state their objections, in writing, and send the same to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo, so as to reach him not later than Thursday, 7 August 1969, being 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take for street (being a public work within the meaning given to those words in the Public Works Act 1928) in the City of Auckland the fee simple estate in the land description in the Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby given that a plan of the land in respect of which the interest above-described is so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning Department, Civic Administration Building, Auckland, and is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the taking of the said interest in the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection, in writing, and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Civic Administration Building, Auckland.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

The land comprises a partly formed and partly unformed highway between Middleton Street and Belmont Terrace, Remuera.

Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required for such public work is deposited in the offices of Messrs Armstrong, Barton, Latham, Hankins, and Rowan, Solicitors, 16 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of such public work, who have any objection they may wish to make thereto, must state their objection, in writing, and deliver it to the clerk at the Wanganui County Council at Wanganui, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
