EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of mortgage No. 175703, whereof Agnes Jean Shaw, Carlyle Honour McKenzie, and Olive Maud McKenzie are mortgagees, affecting 510 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, situate in Blocks VIII and XII of the Mangapakeha District and Blocks IV and VII of the Castlepoint Survey District, being Section 409 and part Sections 410, 792, 793, 797, and 841 of the Wharaama Block and parts of Whakatahi 10B No. 5, parts of the said land being also Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 5938 and being now the balance of the land in C.T. 530/199 (Wellington Registry), and application 788154 having been made to me to issue a provisional copy of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
