Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 7th day of July 1969.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Mining Easement, for Soil Conservation and River-control Purposes and to be Crown Land, in Blocks VII and VIII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the easement respecting mining rights created by conveyance 356999 (R. 478/488), South Auckland Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 7th day of July 1969; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 7th day of July 1969, subject to the said easement.
