CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 23rd day of May 1969 and published in Gazette, 5 June 1969, No. 33, p. 1032, appointing the Waiapu County Council to manage the Te Puia Cemetery, for the area described in the Schedule thereto, which reads "2 acres", read "4 acres", which last-mentioned description appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Health.
Amending Declaration of Land in Hawke's Bay Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Lands (being the Minister charged with the administration of the department of State having the control of the land of the Crown affected by this Proclamation), hereby proclaim as follows:
- (i) This Proclamation may be cited as the Ngaruroro and Tutaekuri Rivers Estuary Wildlife Refuge Declaration;
(ii) This Proclamation shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The Proclamation made on the 7th day of June 1960*, declaring the area described in the First Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, is hereby revoked.

The area described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District situated in Blocks I and II, Clive Survey District, commencing at a point on the eastern side of the Napier - Palmerston North State Highway due east from the northern end of the traffic bridge over the Tutaekuri River; thence along a right line bearing 117° to the sea coast; thence south-easterly generally along that sea coast for a distance of approximately 67 chains; thence along a right line bearing 268° to the right bank of the Ngaruroro River; thence north-westerly generally along that right bank and the left bank of the Tutaekuri River to the eastern side of the Napier - Palmerston North State Highway; thence northerly generally along that side of the highway to the point of commencement: area, 35 acres, more or less. As the same is more particularly shown on plan marked I.A. 52/304A deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
THAT part of the wildlife refuge as described in Gazette, 1960, p. 792, to the south of the river mouth, excluding the road: area, 12 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 3032).
As shown on a plan marked I.A. 46/29/176 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1969.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
