of C. & C. PLUMBERS (AUCKLAND) LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
6th day of June 1969 presented to the said Court by ZIP
WHOLESALEERS (AUCKLAND) LIMITED, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955 having its registered office at 178 Main Road, Tahunanui, Nelson, and carrying on business as electrical wholesalers. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of June 1969 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was on the 13th day of June 1969 presented to the said Supreme Court by SIR ISAAC PITMAN (AUST.) PTY. LIMITED of Australia and elsewhere, book suppliers, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of June 1968 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.
