PURSUANT to section 72 of the Cinematograph Films Act 1961, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby appoints

Noel Freeborough Fisher, Esq., of Eastbourne, representing the New Zealand Motion Picture Exhibitors’ Association, and

William McPherson Dyas, Esq., of Wellington, being an electrical engineer who has no financial interest in the making or selling of cinematograph machines or equipment, or the making, selling, renting, or exhibiting of cinematograph films

to be members of the Cinematograph Film Projectionists Licensing Board, vice James Henry Whynne Griffith, deceased, and Wesley John Anderson-Smith, resigned, respectively.
