His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
approve of the following appointments, promotions, transfers,
resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand
Army:

ROYAL REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY

Regular Force (Supernumerary List)

Captain and Quartermaster John Joseph Hanvey is posted to
the Retired List. Dated 27 May 1969.

Territorial Force

16th Field Regiment, RNZA

Lieutenant Ian Raymond Burrow is transferred to the
Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal Regiment of N.Z.
Artillery, in the rank of Lieutenant, until 30 April 1972. Dated
1 May 1969.

3rd Field Regiment, RNZA

Major P. R. Goddard, E.D., from the Reserve of Officers,
General List, Royal Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, to be Captain
(temp. Major), with seniority as Captain from 13 December
1963 and as temp. Major from 1 April 1969. Dated 1 April
1969.

ROYAL N.Z. ARMOURED CORPS

Regular Force

Captain (temp. Major) G. B. McK. Law, B.A., LL.B., is
re-engaged for the period 13 January 1969 to 30 June 1969.

Lieutenant Donald Scott Glendinning, from 1st Armoured
Squadron (Queen Alexandra’s), RNZAC, is granted a Regular
commission for a period of 5 years in the rank of 2nd

cancelled and the following substituted:

1st Mobile Dental Unit, RNZDC

Lieutenant John Russell Hughes, B.D.S., is transferred to the
Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z. Dental Corps, in

The notice published in the Gazette, 22 May 1969, No. 31,
p. 950, relating to Chaplain 4th Class I. G. Bourne, B.A.
(Church of England), is amended to read as follows:
