CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 28th day of March 1969 and published in Gazette, 1 May 1969, No. 26, p. 817, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and land taken in Block XI, Whangaehu Survey District, Rangitikei County, for the third area in the Second Schedule, which reads "0 acres 0 roods 28.6 perches", read "1 acre 1 rood 9.7 perches" and for the fourth area in the Second Schedule, which reads "1 acre 1 rood 9.7 perches", read "0 acres 0 roods 28.6 perches", which description appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of June 1969.
