(a) To convert the whole or any part or parts of the said assets into money and to invest and reinvest in any mode of trustee security for the time being authorised by the law of New Zealand or in any mode of investment at present comprising an asset of the trust notwithstanding that it is not or may not be so authorised.

(b) To buy sell exchange or otherwise dispose of any personal property or the freehold or any lesser estate in real property.

(c) To maintain and demolish existing and future buildings and to erect and re-erect either in their stead or anew.

(d) To borrow money either without security or by the giving of security over all or any of the said assets by entering into a mortgage or assignment thereof or any agreement so to do.

(e) To manage the said assets so that the community may derive the fullest benefit therefrom and to that end to employ any agent or agents and to do so either alone or if the trustees or trustee deem it best for the furtherance of the purposes hereof along with any other person persons organisation or organisations whose objects or purposes are in the opinion of the trustees or trustee in whole or in part similar to the purposes hereof.

C. Proviso—The powers herein shall be exercised as aforesaid by the trustees or trustee under the name or style of “Campbell Convalescent Home Trust”.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the above Act, that, on Friday the 23rd day of May 1969, an order was made in the Supreme Court, Dunedin, varying the said trusts as above-mentioned.

THE ADMINISTRATION ACT 1952

ESTATE OF WILLIAM JAMES MCGARRY

IN the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments, and in the matter of the estate of William James McGarry, formerly of Towai and late of Paihia, in New Zealand, contractor, but now deceased:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand by an order of the Supreme Court dated 23 May 1969 is the administrator of the above-mentioned estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Bank Street, Whangarei, on the 5th day of June 1969, at 11 a.m.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.
