LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the duplicate originals of the certificates of title described in the Schedule below having been lodged with me, together with applications for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

Certificate of title, Register 403, folio 114, in the name of Herbert Leslie Goodman, of Auckland, railway employee (deceased), and Myrtle Alice Goodman, his wife (deceased), for 1 rood 16.2 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 17582, and being portion Allotment 13, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in the certificate of title. Application A. 391235.

Certificate of title, Register 8B, folio 342, in the name of Robert Michael Reinhold, of Auckland, carpenter, for 26.7 perches, more or less, being Lot 17, Deposited Plan 55504, and being part Allotment 46, Parish of Waikomiti, and being all the land in the certificate of title. Application A. 392295.

Certificate of title, Register 3B, folio 892, in the name of Norman Alexander Reynolds, of Auckland, shopkeeper, for 39.9 perches, more or less, being part Lots 4 and 5, Deposited Plan 39888, and being part Section 12, Town of Russell, and being all the land in the certificate of title. Application A. 392461.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of mortgage A. 52006 to Frank Bruce Owen, late of Auckland, retired (deceased), and Joy Owen, his wife, affecting 1 rood 22.2 perches, more or less, being Lot 4, Deposited Plan 40058, being part Allotment 189, Takapuna Parish, and being all certificate of title, Register 5A, folio 764, and application having been made to me to register a correction of name, A. 391919, of one of the mortgagees to Ivy Owen and to register a transmission, No. A. 304158, of the said mortgage to the said Ivy Owen, as survivor, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said memorandum of mortgage, pursuant to the provisions of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to register the said correction of name and transmission on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of mortgage A. 104187 to Vivian Wallace Stewart, late of Paihia, retired farmer (deceased), affecting, firstly, 219 acres 10.9 perches, more or less, being the north-western portion of Allotments 25 and part of Allotments 69, 70, and 71, Parish of Kaiwaka, all certificate of title, Register 1378, folio 71, and, secondly, 3 acres 34.1 perches, more or less, being Sections 190 and 191, Parish of Kaiwaka, all certificate of title, Register 388, folio 106, and application having been made to me to register a transmission, No. A. 392244, of the said mortgage to Marjorie Jean Stewart, as executrix, and to issue a provisional copy of the mortgage in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said memorandum of mortgage, pursuant to the provisions of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to register the said transmission and to issue such provisional copy on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

DECLARATION BY AN ASSISTANT REGISTRAR REVOKING THE DISSOLUTION OF A SOCIETY

I, Sydney Cecil Pavett, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the Gisborne Wrestling Association Incorporated I.S. 1935/1, published in the Gazette of 8 October 1964, was made in error, the said declaration is hereby revoked, pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

DECLARATION OF THE DISSOLUTION OF A SOCIETY

I, James O’Carroll, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Ski Racers’ Club (Canterbury) Incorporated I.S. 1965/13 has ceased operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
