PURSUANT to section 31 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1954 (as substituted by section 4 of the Criminal Justice Amendment Act 1961 and amended by section 2 of the Criminal Justice Amendment Act 1966), His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Ernest Albert Lee, of Christchurch, to be Chairman of the Waipiata Borstal Parole Board for a term of 3 years on and from 1 May 1969.
