LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 1725, folio 40 (South Auckland Registry), containing thirty-two decimal one perches (32.1p.), more or less, being Section 22, Block I, Katikati North Survey District, in the name of Herzl Edwin Orr, of Hamilton, shop assistant, and Marjorie Isobel Orr, of Whakatane, married woman, as licensees, having been lodged with me, together with an application, S. 448178, to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
