PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Ohinemuri County Council on the 16th day of May 1969, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, acting under the authority given by section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Ohinemuri County Council resolves, by way of special order, that the plant named in the Schedule hereto be; and the same is declared to be, a noxious weed in the whole of the County of Ohinemuri.
