CORRIGENDUM
In the declaration dated the 13th day of October 1967 and
published in Gazette, 9 November 1967, No. 70, p. 1933,
declaring land taken for road, and for the use, convenience,
or enjoyment of a road, in Block X, Christchurch Survey
District, Paparua County, for the area "0.1 perches" which
appears in the First Schedule thereto read "12.1 perches",
which last-mentioned description appears in the declaration
signed by the Minister of Works.

CORRIGENDUM
In the declaration dated the 28th day of January 1969 and
published in Gazette, 13 March 1969, No. 15, p. 473, declaring
land taken for road in the City of Christchurch, for the area
described in the Schedule thereto which reads "6.9 perches"
read "3.9 perches", which last-mentioned description appears
in the declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Proclamation dated the 19th day of March 1969 and
published in Gazette, 27 March 1969, No. 17, p. 554, detailing
Crown land set apart as permanent State forest land, delete
"plan No. 44/3" and substitute "plan numbered N. 44/3".

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
2nd day of June 1969.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 rood 30 perches situated
in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P.
34164; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 23201 (S.O. 44634) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
22nd day of May 1969.

Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
2nd day of June 1969.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Tauranga
Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 18 Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 2379; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 6.7 Part Lot 4, D.P. 18588; coloured sepia on plan.
0 1 26 Part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 22964; coloured yellow on
plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 23214 (S.O. 44150) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.
