NOTICE is hereby given that, by special resolution of shareholders of Onehunga Amusements Ltd., dated the 22nd day of May 1969, it was resolved:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Graeme Carrison Goodare, public accountant, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator."

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
THE liquidator of Onehunga Amusements Ltd. does hereby fix the 20th day of June 1969 as the day on or before which creditors of the company have to prove their claims or debts and to establish priority (if any) under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such claims or debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objection to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 9th day of May 1969 presented to the said Court by HARRY KING, of Ashburton, restaurant proprietor, and ARTHUR KING, formerly of Ashburton but now of Timaru, restaurant proprietor. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 11th day of June 1969 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND OF PROPOSAL TO STOP PIECES OF ROAD
Runciman Road (Formerly Known as Pukekohe East - Runciman Road) in the County of Franklin
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and its amendments, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, firstly, to execute certain public works, namely, the provision of road and, for the purpose of such public works, the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and, secondly, to stop those pieces of the said road described in the Second Schedule hereto, under the provisions of section 148 of the Public Works Act 1928.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken and of the pieces of road so proposed to be stopped is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the Franklin County Council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or the taking of such lands, who may wish to make any objections thereto (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation), and all persons who may wish to make any objections to the above proposal to stop the said pieces of road, must state their objections, in writing, and send the same to the County Clerk at the office of the Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, within 40 days from the 28th day of May 1969, being the day of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made to the execution of the said public works or the taking of such lands, as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing. If any objections are received to the proposed stopping, as aforesaid, a public notice will be published calling a meeting of the rate-payers of the district, such meeting to be held at a time and place to be specified in the said notice, the time so specified being not earlier than 14 days after the date of publication of the notice, pursuant to the said section 148 of the Public Works Act 1928.
