NOTICE is hereby given that, by application 341033, Robert
Samuel Wells, of Auckland, company manager, being the regis-
tered proprietor of all that parcel of land comprised in

Deposited Plan 396, and being part Section 1, Block VIII,
Upper Kaikorai District, has furnished to me evidence of the
extinguishment of the easement over the creek or tail race
created by transfer 375, and it is my intention, pursuant to
section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to endorse on the
said certificate of title and all relevant certificates of title the
extinguishment of such easement, unless caveat be lodged with
me forbidding the same within 1 month of the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
