Order Revoking Standard Terms and Conditions
PURSUANT to section 26A of the Air Services Licensing Act 1951, the Air Services Licensing Authority hereby orders that the Order Prescribing Standard Terms and Conditions, dated the 20th day of August 1959 and published in the Gazette on the 24th day of September 1959, as amended by the Order Prescribing Standard Terms and Conditions, dated the 29th day of March 1966 and published in the Gazette on the 31st day of March 1966, is hereby revoked.
This order shall come into effect on the 1st day of June 1969.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Temporary Protection of Industry
NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods:
Silk screen printing machines, falling within Tariff item 84.35.01.
Date of reference: 23 May 1969.
(NOTE—This reference is in substitution for the reference covering silk screen printing machines, notice of which was given in New Zealand Gazette, 17 April 1969, No. 23, p. 755.)

Plant Declared Noxious Weed in the City of Gisborne
(Notice No. Ag. 10429)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Gisborne City Council on the 18th day of March 1969, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
“THAT, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Gisborne City Council hereby resolves and declares that the under-mentioned plant is a noxious weed within the City of Gisborne—
Milk thistle or variegated thistle (Silybum marianum).”
