NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order for the winding up of the above-named company or for such other order as shall be just was presented to the Supreme Court on the 10th day of March 1969 by GORDON IAN KAY, of R.D. Rama Rama, farm manager. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on Friday, the 6th day of June 1969, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Renewal Loan No. 3, 1969, of $341,700
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council held on the 14th day of May 1969:
“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of three hundred and forty-one thousand seven hundred dollars ($341,700) to be known as Renewal Loan No. 3, 1969, of $341,700 authorised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of The Terrace Parking Building Loan 1962—$900,000, the Aerodrome Loan No. 6, 1958—$300,000, the Electricity Loan 1961—$828,000, and the Waterworks Reticulation and Treatment Loan 1959—$356,000 which mature on 1 July 1969 and 1 August 1969, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought two seven of a cent (.027c) in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Turangi Township Water and Sewerage Extension Loan 1968, $117,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taupo County Council resolved, on the 25th day of February 1969, as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a special loan of one hundred and seventeen thousand dollars ($117,000) authorised to be raised by the Taupo County Council, under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of providing water and sewerage reticulation for a portion of Turangi Township and known as the Turangi Township Water and Sewerage Extension Loan 1968, the said Taupo County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.3614c in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all the rateable
