EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume D. 2, folio 433 (Wellington Registry), in the name of Warren Paul Peter Chanel Mullooly, being the registered proprietor of an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1 rood, more or less, situate in Block XVII of the Belmont Survey District, being part Section 8, Lowry Bay District, and being also Lot 21 on D.P. 16946, and being all the land in certificate of title D. 2/433 (Wellington Registry), and application 782477 having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
