Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation.
NOTICE is given that, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the people of the Colac Bay district.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 102—Public Inquiry into Import Duties and Import Licensing Affecting Chart Temperature Recorders
INTERESTED parties having forwarded to the Board evidence which they wish to present on the matters referred to in Schedule A to Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 84 (New Zealand Gazette of 13 February 1969, No. 8, p. 249), concerning import duties and import licensing on chart temperature recorders, classified in Tariff item 90.23.00, the Board will, in accordance with its normal procedures, conduct a public inquiry in the Boardroom, First Floor, Law Society Building, 26 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington, on Friday, 13 June 1969, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

Temporary Protection of Industry
NOTICE is hereby given that the applications for temporary protection, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, as published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 March 1969, No. 17, p. 588, for the following goods have been withdrawn.
Ex 85.04.01 Electric accumulators, as may be approved by the Minister and under such conditions as he may prescribe.
