Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Porirua City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Porirua, in trust, for that purpose.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—CITY OF PORIRUA

Lot 1, D.P. 27474, being part Sections 17, 19, and 21, Takapu District, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District: area, 16 acres 3 roods 26 perches, more or less. All Gazette notice 747901.

Lot 1, D.P. 28853, being part Section 15, Takapu District, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District: area, 2 acres 3 roods 24.8 perches, more or less. Part Gazette notice 747902.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Greymouth, in trust, for that purpose.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—GREYMOUTH BOROUGH

Lot 63, D.P. 1513, being part Reserve 1248, situated in Block IV, Cobden Survey District: area, 3 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 11) 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 11) 1969.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First and Second Schedules hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Third Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notices shown in the Third Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

  4. This notice shall come into force:

(a) in so far as it refers to the First Schedule hereto, on 1 July 1969;

(b) in so far as it refers to the Second and Third Schedules hereto, on the day after the date of their notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
