PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.


ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waipawa-Ngaruroro Pest Destruction Board Change of Name Order 1969.

(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  1. The name Waipawa-Ngaruroro, given to the pest destruction Board and district constituted by Order in Council on the 17th day of April 1946*, is hereby changed to Eastern Hawke’s Bay.

Redefining the Limits of the Parengarenga Harbour

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby redefines the limits of Parengarenga Harbour, previously defined by Order in Council of 20 November 1868*, to be those defined in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

ALL those tidal waters of Parengarenga Harbour bounded to seaward by the arc of a circle of 3½ nautical miles radius centred at the highest point of Dog Island.
