Declaration That the Joey's Island Domain Shall be a
Recreation Reserve, Change of the Purpose of the Reserve,
and Appointment of the Bluff Borough Council to Control
and Manage

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that the Joey's Island Domain,
described to the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to
the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject
to Part II of the said Act; and, further, pursuant to the said
Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve
for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes and
appoints the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Bluff to control and manage the said reserve as a reserve
for scenic purposes.
