CORRIGENDUM
IN the Declaration declaring land and easements over land taken for a mental hospital in Blocks III, IV, and XII, Waikouaiti Survey District, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, published in the Gazette, 17 April 1969, No. 23, at page 750, for the words
“Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in hospital; and that an easement is hereby taken for a mental hospital the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a mental hospital over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, . . .” read
“Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a mental hospital; and that an easement is hereby taken for a mental hospital over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto . . .” which last-mentioned description appears in the Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line condition in Special Order No. 221010, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for State housing purposes as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the 19th day of May 1969.

Land Taken for Housing Development Purposes in the City of Wellington
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing development purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1969.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 22.86 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 30, Karori District, and being also Lot 16 on D.P. 2011 and Lots 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, and 83 and part Lot 69 on D.P. 2226, all certificate of title No. D. 1/609, Wellington Land Registry.
