Notice of Annual Meeting of Creditors

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
Moneysworth Drapers Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), take
notice that, in pursuance of section 290 of the above Act, the
annual meeting of creditors' of the above-named company will
be held at the office of Messrs Capper, Macdonald, and Gauld,
Petrie's Buildings, Stratford, on the 26th day of May 1969, at
10.30 a.m., when also, in pursuance of the said section of the
above Act, I shall lay before the meeting an account of my acts
and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up of the above-
named company during the year from date of commencement
of liquidation, namely, the 2nd day of November 1965 to the
end of the third year of liquidation, namely, the 2nd day of
November 1968.
