THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

(a) To borrow the sum of $19,600 for the purpose of repaying the said loan.
(b) That the sum of $19,600 shall be payable on the 15th day of July 1993, or such earlier date as may be determined by Council.
(c) That, for the purpose of providing interest, principal, and other charges on the Redemption Loan No. 8, 1969, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.0932c in the dollar on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Waikumete "B" and Waipareira "A" special area; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate through the currency of the loan and payable yearly on the 1st day of June each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 24 years or until the loan is fully paid off.
(d) That authority be granted to gazette this resolution.

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of an extract from the minutes passed by the Waitemata County Council on 24 April 1969.

OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Community Housing Loan (No. 1) 1968β€”$54,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and its amendments, the Otamatea County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $54,000 authorised to be raised by the Otamatea County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances for erecting a dwelling, the said Otamatea County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nine seven five (.0975) cents in the dollar upon the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property in the County of Otamatea; and that the special rate will be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable in each and every year on the 1st day of April during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years or until the loan is paid off."

I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Otamatea County Council held on the 15th day of April 1969.

HELENSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Helensville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $61,500 authorised to be raised by the Helensville Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing sanitary drainage reticulation in the Awaroa Valley and the Makiri Road area, the said Helensville Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.7c in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Borough of Helensville, comprising the whole of the Borough of Helensville; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and repayable yearly on 1 September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan No. 11, 1968, $100,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waipa County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $100,000 authorised to be raised by the Waipa County Council under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Waipa County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.020486c in the dollar on the rateable property in the County of Waipa; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-five (35) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

We hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Waipa County Council held on Monday, 21 April 1969.

COUNTY OF STRATFORD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan No. 13, 1969, $42,000
"THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Counties Act, and all others Acts and powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves that, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, repayment of principal, and other charges on the Rural Housing Loan No. 13, 1969, $42,000, to be raised by the Stratford County Council, the said County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal 0473 cents in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Stratford; and the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable on the 1st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years or until the loan is fully paid off."

The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Stratford County Council held on 18 April 1969.

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Water Supply Redemption Loan No. 1, 1969β€”$48,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves that, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $48,000 authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity $48,000 of the Water Supply Extension Loan No. 4, 1959 which matures on the 22nd day of May 1969, the said Waimairi County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0051 cents (c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of capital value) of all rateable properties within the County of Waimairi; and that the above-mentioned special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off."
