IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER
of VALLEY FOODS LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
24th day of April 1969, presented to the said Court by
COMMODITIES LIMITED of 132 Taupo Quay, Wanganui. And
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Wanganui on Friday the 13th day of June 1969 at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
22nd day of April 1969 presented to the said Court by The
Maida Vale Clothing Company Limited a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 140–148 New North
Road Auckland, clothing manufacturers AND THAT the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Christchurch on Wednesday the 14th of May 1969 at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; AND any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
AND a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring

PIAKO COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given:

  1. That the Piako County Council proposes, under the
    provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road
    the land described in the Schedule hereto; and

  2. That a plan of land so required to be taken is deposited
    at the office of the Piako County Council, Kenrick Street, Te
    Aroha.

Every person affected by such taking is hereby called upon
to set forth, in writing, any objection he may wish to make
to the execution of the work or to the taking of the said land
(not being an objection to the amount or to the payment of
compensation) and to send to the Piako County Council the
written objection within 40 days from the first publication
of this notice.

If any such objection is made a public hearing of the
objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires,
and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the
hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land adjacent to Whakahongi Road and
containing nine decimal seven perches (9.7P.), more or less,
being part Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 6569, and being part of
the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 1048, folio 240, South Auckland Registry; which
said piece of land is shown, coloured blue, on Survey Office
Plan 42130 and is part of the southern corner of the farm
property of Albert James Bartz.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO STOP PIECES OF LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its
amendments, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin
County Council proposes, pursuant to section 148 of the Public
Works Act 1928, to stop those pieces of unformed and unused
roads, situated in the Waipipi Parish, near to the Awhitu Road
and Craig Road described in the Schedule hereto.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the pieces
of road so proposed to be stopped is deposited in the public
office of the clerk to the Franklin County Council, situated in
Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without
fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons who may wish to make any objections to the
above proposal to stop the said pieces of road must set forth
their objections in writing and send the same to the County
Clerk at the office of the Franklin County Council, Roulston
Street, Pukekohe, within 40 days from the 3rd day of May
1969, being the day of the first publication of this notice. If
any objections are received by the Franklin County Council,
as aforesaid, a public notice shall be published calling a
meeting of the ratepayers of the district, such meeting to be
held at a time and place to be specified in the said notice, the
time so specified being not earlier than 14 days after the date
of publication of the notice pursuant to the said section of the
Public Works Act 1928.
