Declaring Right-of-way Easements Taken for Post Office Purposes over Land in the Borough of Kaiapoi
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, easements for post office purposes are hereby taken from and after the 5th day of May 1969 over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use rights of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s invitees, servants, agents, and workmen, from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses, or other animals, or vehicles, over the land described in the said First Schedule, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said rights of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, such easements to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said Second Schedule.
