PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims that the road

the road first, secondly, and thirdly described in the said
Schedule shall vest in Otematata Station Ltd., a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin,
subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section
59 of the Land Act 1948, and subject to electricity agreement

fourthly described in the said Schedule shall be incorporated
in lease in perpetuity No. 1427, recorded in register book,
