Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

TAURANGA COUNTY
SECTION 93 (formerly Sections 53A and 54A), Block VIII, Katikati Survey District: area, 20 acres 0 roods 3 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 110, folio 287 (S.O. Plan 44600).
As shown on plan No. N. 57/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1969.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block XIII, Tatuа Survey District, and Block II, Tuhiпgamata East Survey District, commencing at the junction of Mapara and Ben Lomond Roads and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 176 chains, and terminating at the northern boundary of the road shown on S.O. plan 43861; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23069 (S.O. 43216) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
Also, all that portion of road situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Tatuа Survey District, commencing at the northern boundary of Section 35, Block IX, Tatuа Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly and south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 385 chains, and terminating at the southern boundary of Section 4, Block XIII, Tatuа Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 23072 (S.O. 43354) and M.O.W. 23070 (S.O. 43217) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B and B-C-D respectively.
Also, all that portion of road situated in Block IX, Tatuа Survey District, and Block I, Tuhiпgamata East Survey District, commencing at the junction of Ben Lomond and Poihipi Roads and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 216 chains, and terminating at the western boundary of Section 6, Block I, Tuhiпgamata East Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 23072 (S.O. 43354) and M.O.W. 23071 (S.O. 43353) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked B-C and C-D respectively.
Also, all that portion of road situated in Block IX, Tatuа Survey District, commencing at the junction of Tuhiпgamata and Ben Lomond Roads and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 142 chains, and terminating at the northern boundary of Section 31, Block IX, Tatuа Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 23071 (S.O. 43353) and M.O.W. 23073 (S.O. 43355) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked E-F and F-G respectively.
