PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block II, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Bay of Islands County Council to reclaim from the sea at Kerikeri Inlet, Bay of Islands, an area of Crown land measuring 1 acre and 20 perches, more or less, as a recreation reserve; as shown, edged red, on plan marked M.D. 13097 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
