Certificate of title, Register 2c, folio 509, in the name of John Patrick Sullivan, of Takapuna, taxi proprietor, for 2 roods 26.7 perches, more or less, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan 51754, being part Allotment 114, Parish of Takapuna, being the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Register 2c, folio 509.
