NOTICE is given that, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Hinehika Hapu.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease

———

PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Marine has granted to Desmond Peter Rutherford De Vantier, of Russell, the lease of 5 acres of sea bed (lease No. 64) in Waikare Inlet, Bay of Islands, for the cultivation of rock oysters.

The Road Classification (Waikohu County) Notice 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Waikohu County) Notice 1969.

  2. The Waikohu County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the Warrant dated the 19th day of June 1950† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

ARMSTRONG, Lavenham, Mangatu, Matawai-Motu, Matawai Township, Motuhora, Motu Township, Ngatapa-Rere, Puha-Whatatutu, Rere-Mokonui, Tahu-Dome, Tarndale (from Armstrong Road to New Zealand Forestry Access Road No. 2), Taumata, Te Karaka Township (all the roads within the township), Whatatutu Township (all the roads within the township).

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 3 April 1969, amended the under-mentioned standard specification by the incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder:
