Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation published in the Gazette on the 24th day of October 1968, No. 67, at page 1961, be and the same is hereby revoked to the extent of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and in substitution thereof the Crown land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1969.
