Members of the New Zealand Broadcasting Authority Appointed
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Broadcasting Authority Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint the following to be members of the New Zealand Broadcasting Authority:
Russel Tonson Garlick, for a term of 3 years from 16 January 1969;
Harry Edgar Duff Daysh, for a term of 2 years from 16 January 1969; and
Reginald Beaumont Miller, for a term of 1 year from 16 January 1969,
and also to appoint the said Russel Tonson Garlick to be Chairman of the Authority.

Declaring the Buller County to be an Area in Which Owners of Cattle Shall Submit Their Cattle for Testing With the Tuberculin Test (Notice No. Ag. 10366)
PURSUANT to section 53 (8) of the Animals Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares all the land in the Buller County, and including all boroughs and town districts surrounded by or contiguous to this area, to be an area in which every owner of cattle shall, as often as, and in such manner as, he may be required so to do by the Director-General of Agriculture, submit his cattle for testing with the tuberculin test for the purposes of the said section, on and from 1 January 1969.
