This item is included in the Kennedy Round of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade which provides for duty reductions in certain Most Favoured Nation rates to an agreed level to be made progressively, with the final reduction not later than 1 January 1972. The effect of this and other international obligations is that if no other action were taken in the meantime the rates applicable from 1 January 1972 would be—
