Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid out in Block VI, Waiapu Survey District, Waiapu County, to be a Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 8th day of June 1944, to be a road.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 4.9 perches situated in Block VI, Waiapu Survey District, Waiapu County, being part Tikitiki X Roadway; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23036 (M.L. 5878) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink, edged pink.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of August 1968, and published in Gazette, 26 September 1968, Vol. III, p. 1635, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 419475, setting apart land held for a rubbish dump in the Borough of Whakatane for the proper development or use of the land, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and in accordance with the operative district scheme of the Borough of Whakatane.
