PEGASUS FREEZING CO. LTD.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Pegasus Freezing Co. Ltd., in voluntary liquidation, mem-
bers' winding up.

The following special resolutions were passed pursuant to
section 362 of the Companies Act 1955 by an entry in the-
minute book dated 26 February 1969.

  1. Pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) of the Companies Act
    1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.

  2. That Owen Coutts Pierce, public accountant, of Inver-
    cargill be, and is hereby appointed, liquidator of the company.

Notice to Creditors to Prove

The liquidator of Pegasus Freezing Co. Ltd., does hereby
fix the 31st day of March 1969 as the day on or before which
creditors of the company have to prove their claims for debts
under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, otherwise they
may be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made
before such claims for debts are proved or as the case may be
from objection to such distribution.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963
and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that
the Auckland Regional Authority, a body constituted under
the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, proposes, under
the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a
certain public work, namely, the construction of a regional
road, within the meaning of the said Auckland Regional
Authority Act 1963, between Green Lane and Balmoral Road,
Epsom, Auckland; and, for the purposes of such public work,
each of the lands described in the Schedule hereto is required
to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plans
numbered R.D. 97/1 and R.D. 97/2, showing the lands so
required to be taken, and described under No. 33 to 38 (both
inclusive) in the said Schedule, are deposited in the public
office of the Secretary to the Auckland Regional Authority
situated on the third floor of Regional House, 121 Hobson
Street, Auckland, and are open for inspection, without fee,
by all persons during ordinary office hours. Every person
affected is hereby called upon to set forth, in writing, any
objection he may wish to make to the execution of the
works or to the taking of the lands, not being an objection
to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the
written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of
this notice, to the Auckland Regional Authority, Regional
House, 121 Hobson Street, Auckland.

If any objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of
the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of hearing.
