EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicates of certificates of title and mortgage; firstly, Volume 1765, folio 26 (South Auckland Registry), containing three hundred and ninety-four acres one rood decimal seven of a perch, more or less, being Lot 73B Block situated in the Parish of Whangape; secondly, Volume 1765, folio 2 (South Auckland Registry), containing eighty-one acres three roods twenty-nine perches, more or less, being Lot 74B, Section 2 Block, situated in the Parish of Whangape; thirdly, Volume 1749, folio 30 (South Auckland Registry), containing forty acres three roods three decimal five perches, more or less, being Lot 74B, 1B Block, situated in the Parish of Whangape; and fourthly, mortgage S. 353001 (South Auckland Registry), mortgagee the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand given by Pukekara Timber Co. Ltd., having been lodged with me together with application S. 440233 to issue new certificates of title and a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title and provisional mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicates of certificates of title, Volume 48, folio 11, and Volume 54, folio 69, Gisborne Registry, in the name of Isobel McNair Rice, of Gisborne, widow, for 1 rood, more or less, being part Kaiti 93 Block, and being also Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 1570, and for 8 perches, more or less, being another part of the said Kaiti 93 Block, and being also part of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 1570, and application having been made to me to issue new certificates of title for the land above-described, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 610, folio 219 (Wellington Registry), in the name of the Trustees of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows (New Zealand) Friendly Society, being the registered proprietors of all that parcel of land containing 3 roods 15.21 perches, more or less, situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt, being part of Section 96 of the Hutt District, and being also Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14 on Deposited Plan 17330, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 610, folio 219 (Wellington District), and application 774951 having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
