A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1969.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres and 15 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being part Sections 238 and 239, Town of Palmerston North; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22986 (S.O. 27600) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 13 acres 2 roods situated in Block XV, Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Tutaekuri No. 1 Block (Maori Roadway); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22945 (S.O. 5777) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink, edged pink.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block IX, Kairanga Survey District, Kairanga County

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was taken for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be maintained by the Kairanga County Council in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

ALL that piece of land containing 14.7 perches situated in the Wellington R.D., being part railway land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22486 (S.O. 27061) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 4 October 1968, published in Gazette, 24 October 1968, No. 67, p. 1964, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 763719, allocating railway land to the purposes of a road in Block IX, Kairanga Survey District, Kairanga County.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
