Notice Calling Final Meeting

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Kaitaia Sports Stores Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of the Kaitaia Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd., Commerce Street, Kaitaia, on Tuesday, the 25th day of March 1969, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

“That the books and records of the company and of the liquidator shall be retained by the liquidator for 5 years and then destroyed.”

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Bobbie Brooks Incorporated (New Zealand) Ltd. (in receivership and in liquidation), notice is hereby given that the following resolution was passed by the above-mentioned company by entry in the minute book, dated the 24th day of February 1969:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up; and that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that the official assignee be appointed to be provisional liquidator of the company, pending confirmation of such appointment by the creditors of the company.”

And that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the offices of Messrs Porter, Wigglesworth, and Grayburn, Public Accountants, 37 Shortland Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 4th day of March 1969, at 11 a.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
