Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto; also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall vest in Bushlands Farm Ltd., of Feilding, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 308962 and 714898, Wellington Land Registry.
