PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that portion of road containing 3 roods 8 perches situated in Block VII, Mahia Survey District, Wairoa County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Tawapata North No. 2, Subdivision 3A 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23000 (S.O. 5866) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Lyttelton Harbour Board to reclaim from the foreshore of Governors Bay, in Lyttelton Harbour, the area of 4 acres 0 roods 20 perches shown, edged red, on plan M.D. 13189 deposited at the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
