Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Television Broadcasting Station in Blocks IX, XIII, and XIV, Motatau Survey District, County of the Bay of Islands
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of the Broadcasting Corporation Act 1961, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare, first, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a television broadcasting station and shall vest in the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation from and after the date hereinafter mentioned; and, secondly, that an easement (right of way) is hereby taken for a television broadcasting station from and after the 10th day of March 1969 over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation the full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity to lay, construct, reconstruct, inspect, repair, renew, and maintain a roadway along and across the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, together with the full and free right, liberty, and licence for the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation, its employees, contractors, workmen, tradesmen, servants, agents, visitors, and licensees, at all times, by day or night, to pass and repass, with or without vehicles, along, over, upon, and through the land described in the Second Schedule, such easement to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

An Easement over Land Taken for Prison Purposes in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for prison purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to enter upon the land described in the Schedule hereto, by her employees, agents, licensees, with or without vehicles, plant, machinery, or implements, and to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, or over the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of March 1969.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Upper Hutt City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
